Close Excel and it should crash (for me).When the task pane appears, it has an error in it as shown above.If for you too, please click again on Code (or more times).For me, at this point, the task pane for the Add-In does not appear immediately.Open Excel in German with a new workbook and go to the tab Scrip Lab and click on Code.

Close Excel and change the UI language to German with the Office Language Tool.Run the Add-In in Excel in English for example.

If I then choose to close the Add-In and then close Excel, Excel crashes. But, if I click a second time on Code or Run while waiting for the task pane, I get an error message, when the task pane window appears. If I do nothing while waiting for the task pane, all is ok. On the Windows 7 computer, after changing the Office UI Language through the Language Settings Tool, opening Excel and the Code task panel for Script Lab, firstly nothing happens - meaning the task pane window does not appear immediately as usual. However, now, when I switch from one language to another by using the Office Language Settings Tool and then call the Add-In by clicking on Code, I can produce two Excel crash scenarios: On both computers, I switched to all installed Office languages and installed/activated the Script Lab Add-In. The Office version is Version 1703 Build 7967.2082 on the Windows 7 computer and Version 1702 Build 7870.2038 on the Windows 10 computer. One computer has Windows 7 as OS and the other one Windows 10 as OS (not in the creators update). I have 3 language packs for Office 2016 (English, German and French) installed on two computers. I think, it could be related to the Script Lab Add-in, as it appears when using the Add-In. I noticed Excel Crashes when using Script Lab after changing the UI Language of Excel.
